Ordering after 2pm Friday 19th Dec & need it for Christmas? - we recommend placing your order with Next Day Delivery by 2pm on Tuesday 23rd Dec for it to get there in time. There is a chance that Express will also get there in time, but it will not be guaranteed.
STANDARD £FREE 3-5 working days (orders over £40). £4.95 orders under £40.
EXPRESS £4.95 1-3 working days. (orders placed after 2pm Fri 19th Dec may or may not arrive in time for Christmas with this service)
NEXT DAY**£11.95 order by 2pm Monday to Friday for delivery next day (delivery Tuesday to Saturday)* order by 2pm Tuesday 23rd Dec for delivery in time for Christmas (although we recommend placing your order as soon as possible!)
GUARANTEED FUTURE DAY* £11.95 - we can hold your order and dispatch the date before your requested date using a Next Day delivery service. Let us know your requested delivery date in the Order Notes box in the shopping basket or emailing us on info@izzysgarden.co.uk after placing your order.
*Please note that if your requested date is a Sunday or Monday, delivery will be the Saturday immediately before (as we do not dispatch orders on a Saturday or Sunday and a Next Day guaranteed service is used. We hold your order until the date before the requested date then use Royal Mail's Next Day guaranteed service.
**DELIVERIES TO CHANNEL ISLANDS, HIGHLANDS OF SCOTLAND, ISLE OF MAN are likely to take 1 -3 days extra.

(no orders dispatched Wednesday 31st December or Thursday 1st Jan)
From Friday 2nd January - normal dispatching resumes (Mon - Fri)
Please note that Royal Mail should be delivering up to Tuesday 23rd December, and in some areas on Wednesday 24th December. If your order is shown as delivered but the recipient hasn't got it please check if they have a 'Safe Place' set up with Royal Mail as it may have been left there.
Christmas Gift Wrap
Add Seasonal Christmas Gift Wrap to your order and we will beautifully wrap your gift in high quality Christmas wrapping paper -printed with vegetable inks onto sustainably sourced paper stock- and finish with ribbon.
Christmas Gift Wrap is £4.50 per item. If you order more than one item but only one gift wrap item is included in your order we will do our best to put all items together and gift wrap as one gift. If you would like each item wrapped separately, please include multiple items of gift wrap.
Please note that gift hampers, trugs and gift boxes do not need have gift wrap included as they are already presented in gift packaging.
Christmas Cards
We have a selection of Christmas cards - including cards printed on seed paper so you can plant it and grow flowers once it's been used. Leave a gift message when you add the card to the basket and we will handwrite it on your card - or of course you can leave the card blank for you to write yourself.
Christmas cards can be added to all orders - including hampers, gift boxes and trugs.
Returns
We want you and the recipient of your gift to be 110% delighted. If you are not in any way, please do let us know so we can put things right. We are of course happy to accept returns within 28 days (or until 8th January 2026 for gifts ordered after 28th November 2025 if this is the later date)
