We deliver throughout the UK including Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands.

GUARANTEED FUTURE DAY* £9.95 - we can hold your order and dispatch the date before your requested date using a Next Day delivery service. (Please don’t forget to let us know which date you’d like it delivered by writing in the Order Notes box in the shopping basket or emailing us on info@izzysgarden.co.uk after placing your order).

*Please note that if your requested date is a Sunday or Monday, delivery will be the Saturday immediately before as we do not dispatch orders on a Saturday or Sunday and a Next Day guaranteed service is used. We hold your order until the date before the requested date then use Royal Mail's Next Day guaranteed service.

How do I choose a card?

Curated or 'ready' gift hamper sets:

'Build a Hamper' or single gifts:

- if you choose to have your items gift packaged we have these options:

1) our bespoke gift box or

2) a black lined hamper basket or

3) a wooden trug

(see here to add one of these) . All of these three options include your choice of free greetings card. Scroll down on the gift packaging page here to see the choice of cards available. Write the gift message you'd like us to handwrite on the card in the box below this.

Our bespoke cards are a good size - A6 folded - and we don't restrict the number of words you can write, because sometimes you just have a lot to say! They are printed on recycled uncoated card so they are compostible and recyclable.

Please note that we only have the option to include a card and gift message if you include gift packaging or select a ready curated gift hamper set. Without the gift box (or basket or trug) included in your order (or a gift hamper set) we are unable to include any gift message. Without gift packaging your items will be sent safely packaged in plain mailing bag, unwrapped, for you to self-gift or wrap and give to the recipient directly. 

 

How do I add a gift message?

Please write your gift message in the box on the gift packaging page if you are selecting 'Build a Gift Hamper' (or just would like to purchase a single gift!) or in the box on the product page of the gift hamper set if you are buying a 'ready' curated gift hamper set. 

Please note that we do not have the option to include a gift message if you do not purchase gift packaging in your order (or a gift hamper set). 

How many gifts can I fit in?

We have various sizes available for each of our box, hamper basket or wooden trug options, but you don't need to worry about the size! Leave that to us! We will select the most appropriate size for the gifts you choose.

Please note certain larger products may need to be wrapped in a separate box if we are unable to fit these in with the other gifts you ordered. They will be sent within the same package so only one package will be received by the recipient. This may apply to the blankets and other large gifts where we mention this on the product page.

 

How do I add notes to Izzy's Garden to my order?

If you need to add a note to us (eg, if you need us to hold your order to aim for a future date), please add this in the order notes box in the shopping basket (click on the '+' sign and a box will pop up to write in). Don't worry, we won't write your notes to us on the gift card!

If you've already put your order through and need us to add a note, just send us an email to info@izzysgarden.co.uk mentioning your order number.

 

Do I have to include a box, basket or trug?

If no box, basket or trug is purchased (or your order does not include a gift hamper set), your order will be sent in a plain mailing bag, safely packaged but unwrapped and without a gift message or card. 

 

Do you send outside the UK? 

We can send throughout the UK (including Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands) direct to the recipient or back to yourself. Unfortunately we are unable to send overseas.

 

Can I request delivery on a particular date? 

1. Aimed for date -not guaranteed, but delivery aimed for on or just before your date. 
Select 'Standard Delivery if more than 5 working days from date required.  Please add the requested date in the gift message box in the shopping basket along with your gift message. We will then hold your gift and send out closer to the time and do our best to get it there on the date requested or just before.
2. Guaranteed day (delivery only Tuesday - Saturdays)
If you want to be absolutely sure the gifts arrives on a particular future date we will hold your order until the day before and send your order with Next Day delivery which is £9.95 using Royal Mail's Special Delivery next day guaranteed service.   Please note that someone will need to be at the address to accept the parcel. We only dispatch Monday - Friday and we cannot deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Returns

We want you and the recipient of your gift to be 110% delighted. If you are not in any way, please do let us know so we can put things right. We are of course happy to accept returns within 28 days.
