Future Date Delivery

We offer two options if you would like your gift delivered closer to a particular date:

1. Aimed-For Future Date (Standard Delivery)

A flexible option where we hold your order and dispatch it closer to your requested date. Delivery is not guaranteed for a specific day, but we aim for delivery on or just before your chosen date.

2. Guaranteed Future Date Delivery – £11.95

For delivery on a specific future date (Tuesday–Saturday only), we can hold your order and send it using Royal Mail’s guaranteed Next Day delivery service.

1. Aimed-For Future Date (Standard Delivery)

If your requested delivery date is more than 4 working days away, simply select Standard Delivery at checkout and add your preferred delivery date in the Order Notes box.

We’ll hold your order and dispatch it closer to the time, aiming for delivery on or just before your requested date. While this service is not guaranteed, it works well for most occasions.

You can also email us at info@izzysgarden.co.uk after placing your order with your preferred delivery date.

2. Guaranteed Future Date Delivery – £11.95

If you would prefer a guaranteed future delivery date, please select our £11.95 Guaranteed Future Date Delivery option.

We will carefully hold your order until the day before your requested date and send it using Royal Mail’s guaranteed Next Day service.

Please note:

• Guaranteed delivery dates are available Tuesday–Saturday only
• We dispatch orders Monday–Friday (and send with a Next Day guaranteed service)
• If your requested date falls on a Sunday, Monday or Bank Holiday, delivery will take place on the Saturday immediately beforehand
• Someone will need to be available to accept the parcel
