Build a Garden Hamper

Choose your gifts and we will send them beautifully gift wrapped in your choice of gift box, hamper basket or wooden trug with your gift message handwritten on your choice of card. You don't need to worry about selecting the correct sized gift box, hamper basket or wooden trug - we have various sizes and will choose the most appropriate size for the gifts you purchase.

We can send throughout the UK (including Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands) direct to the recipient or back to yourself.

How do I choose a card?

An 'Izzy's Garden' A6 sized folded card* is included when you add your gift box, hamper basket or wooden trug. Alternatively you can choose from our range of greetings cards from our UK suppliers - including plantable cards made with seed paper!

We will handwrite your gift message on the card (unless you prefer us to leave it blank). Please write your message in the box on the page where you add your gift packaging (if choosing separate gifts from our 'Build Your Own' Hamper) or in the gift message box on the product page if purchasing a ready curated hamper gift set in our 'Garden Gift Hamper' collection.

How do I add a gift message?

If you would like to include a gift message you can write it in the gift message box which is on the product page for each ready curated hamper set OR if you are ordering individual gifts from our 'Build a Hamper' collections, the gift message box is on the 'Gift Packaging + Card' product page. We will handwrite your message on the card you selected as part of the box, basket or trug gift presentation you selected.

Please note that if you have not included a giftwrap, a gift box, basket or wooden trug your gift message will not be included in your order. In this case your items will be sent in a plain mailing bag,  unwrapped and with no gift message included. You can either self-gift or gift wrap to give to the recipient in person.

How many gifts can I fit in?

We have various sizes available for each of our gift box, hamper basket or wooden trug options, but you don't need to worry about the size! Leave that to us! We will select the most appropriate size for the gifts you choose.

Please note a few of our larger products may need to be wrapped in a separate box if we are unable to fit these in with the other gifts you ordered. They will be sent within the same package so only one package will be received by the recipient. This may apply to the blankets and other large gifts where we mention this on the product page.

How do I add notes to Izzy's Garden to my order?

If you need to add a note to us (eg, if you need us to hold your order to aim for a future date), please add this in the notes box in the shopping basket (where you can also write your gift message). Don't worry, we won't write your order notes to us on the gift card!

If you've already put your order through, just send us an email to info@izzysgarden.co.uk mentioning your order number.

Do I have to include gift wrap, a gift box, basket or trug?

If no gift wrap, gift box, basket or trug is included, your order will be sent in a plain mailing bag, safely packaged but unwrapped and without a gift message or card.

We can send throughout the UK (including Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands) direct to the recipient or back to yourself. Unfortunately we are unable to send overseas.

Can I request delivery on a particular date?

EXPRESS  £3.95 1-3 working days (orders over £50). £5.95 orders under £50

NEXT DAY £9.95 order by 2pm Monday to Friday for delivery next day (delivery Tuesday to Saturday)*

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY £2.95 (orders over £50)* - delivery between 12th - 23rd December. We will hold your order and dispatch for delivery sometime 12th-23rd Dec. (we can add a 'Save for Christmas' sticker on the outside of the parcel - just let us know in the order notes if you'd like this sticker) *£4.95 for orders under £50 

GUARANTEED FUTURE DAY* £9.95 - we can hold your order and dispatch the date before your requested date using a Next Day delivery service. Let us know your requested delivery date in the Order Notes box in the shopping basket or emailing us on info@izzysgarden.co.uk after placing your order.

*Please note that if your requested date is a Sunday or Monday, delivery will be the Saturday immediately before (as we do not dispatch orders on a Saturday or Sunday and a Next Day guaranteed service is used. We hold your order until the date before the requested date then use Royal Mail's Next Day guaranteed service.
